The UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 20,000 companies based in over 160 countries, and more than 60 Global Compact Networks. Participants of the UN Global Compact commit to align their operations and strategies with ten principles in the area of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to act in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

UN Global Compact Country Networks advance corporate sustainability at the grassroots level by helping companies understand what sustainable business means within a national context. MMD-Monitors & Displays Nederland B.V. joined the UN Global Compact Network Netherlands in November 2025. MMD’s parent company, TPV Technology Limited, has been a participant of the UN Global Compact since 2020 and is active in the China Network.
